yes Meche is a great pick, pitched good last season, looks like he can stay injury free, and helped me get 2nd place last year and win some dough..
I think hes a good pick, but have at least 1 pitcher to backup if hes injured so u dont have to hurry up to find sum1 when/if he does get injured..
i think hell win 12-15 games

I would take Kyle Loshe before I would take Meche.

id probably take thompson over meche. but i think meche is a decent 6th starter who could have another solid year if he stays healthy

Wasnt Meche like 10-3 for the first half of the season? He only fell apart after that because he had not pitched for around 2 years prior to 2003.

With last year under his belt he brings a lot of upside if he can stay healthy and in my opinion he is second to Piniero in the Mariners rotation.

He could very well get around 15-17wins

I like Meche a lot, but I would be tempted to trade him midseason.

I like Batista the best out of those choices.

He pitched a full year in the minors in 2002.

All 3 of those mentioned are better options than Meche in this order

Batista
Thompson
Lilly

Meche is heavily underrated this year. He has all the tools for a breakout candidate: Half a season of brilliance, great pitcher's park, contending team, great bullpen, surrounded by a solid staff.
Last year's first half he was a quality #2 or #3 fantasy starter. If you have an expendable bench spot I'd pick him up right away.
Stay in your place I recommend...
Now say hello to my little friend...
