100% yes. You have the relievers to fill and Bumgardner is a very good SP option.

You have Frieri, Kimbrel and Paps 3 excellent closers, yes you do this deal. You need a SP j.i.c. Weaver is out (but not forever) and who knows what Oswalt will do.
