Some Major Decisions Need to be Made - Help Please!!

Below is my present roster. You can see I have been hit a big way with injuries. I have been in first place until this week and am presently .5 games back. Dont know if I should trade and try to help myself or ride out the storm.

Have talked to the manager presently in fifth place (top 4 make playoffs) and he is willing to trade almost anyone at this time. His best players right now Hunter Pence, Adrian Gonzalez ( have to give up big for either). He says Fielder, Posey, BJ Upton, I Kennedy, Josh Johnson and Hellickson are available. I know that the ones that are available are pretty much my caliber players that I have available. Before when we talked about what he wanted for Fielder; he said one player he wanted for sure would be Bourn. Hoping he would take Fowler in place of Bourn. Thinking about offering a 2-1 or 3-2 trade and then picking up a pitcher from waivers or a hitter (Quenton is available right now)

Another possibility would be to trade with the last place team (30 games back already) I would package up 2-3 players for either Pujols or Adam Jones and one or two of his worst players - then dump them and hit the waiver list again

No chance he takes Fowler in place of Bourn. If you can get Fielder for Bourn, I would. Good luck.

I would try and move Trumbo or LaHair first and see what you can get for them. I don't think you need to make a big splash and get a Fielder or AGone unless you can get them at a good discount. I would probably look to get Hellickson if you can at a reasonable price. Your team for the most part looks fine even with the injuries so I wouldn't panic just yet. Sandoval and Craig shouldn't be much longer on the DL and that should help things.
