Pick up: Parker, Bailey or Vargas

Jarrod Parker, Homer Bailey or Jason Vargas? I need to fill a DL spot. I am leaning toward Parker. Any ideas?

I have a similar decision to make (just lost Fister to the DL) and I'm going with Bailey over Parker. Vargas is already taken. I like Parker a lot but he's got an away start at KC (he's much better at home) and then Texas - not a good line. Bailey's got Houston then Pittsburgh. He's also been walking less guys than Parker on the season and has a better shot at Ws with the Cincy offense heating up.
