I'd ask for:
Hamilton and Maybin
for
Votto and Andrus
Votto is the best player in the deal so you're winning on the whole, but Markakis is a useless throw-in so be sure you're getting someone you need if you're moving Hamilton.

Votto is one of the best players in the game but Hamilton is where Pujols was 2 or 3 years ago, in a league of his own. I'd hold Hamilton and enjoy the massive offensive production he's going to give you throughout the season (providing he stays healthy). Definitely roll with Hamilton.

Its not awful value, but at this point I think you can get more for Hamilton. His numbers right now are the type that will carry a team. Ask for more, and if he won't give it, ask someone else.
Lend a hand?

I wouldn't do this deal either. It's not a horrible offer, but I don't really like Markakis either. And remember .. you are the one giving up the best player in the deal.
Remember me?
