Trade Tulo?

My team is not doing very well even though I have six studs. I recently made a few trades to get them but now my pitching is suffering. I'm really too far back to make any noise for the title so I'm thinking of planning for next year.
We keep players a total of four years once they are drafted. These are my keepers as of now with the number of years left after this year next to their name.

Thinking of trying to get Verlander .He will have 2 years left starting next year. I know the other owner would do Tulo for Verlander for Tulo straight up but I wouldn't Think I should ask for a swap of picks for next years draft? Have him include his 1st rd and I include my 3 rd round? Or something in thos lines?
Or maybe try for another pitcher with the same deal? Only a few pitchers with at least 2 years left . Most will be avalible after the 2013 draft. Who would you take for Tulo if you would trying to make a deal?

I say to do it with the pick swap, whether its his 1st for your 3rd or his 1st for your 2nd. If he's looking to compete this year and needs a power bat, he'll do it.
Alternatively, wait for the second half when Tulo starts to heat up and then trade him for even more.
