interesting stat of the day; Justing Upton leads all of MLB with 22 (TWENTY-TWO!) called third strikes looking. Yes, 22 times already this season he has taken a called third strike. wtf?edit - aaaaand right on cue he takes a fastball RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE for strike 3. seriously, wtf is he doing? no wonder hes been awful this awful year. also, brandon crawford is a horrible terrible awful shortstop. how in the world is he still on an MLB roster? oh ya, Sabes.

The pitches were balls, though. He was just frustrated, I think.
Eddings had a good zone on the whole:

to that. As a Giants fan, getting Melky for Jonathan Sanchez...biggest offseason steal. An MVP up to this point of the season for nothing.

I would wager that this reference will go over the heads of most, but I gotcha.
Knowing Willy as well as I do, it's either a song from the 1930s, or something that Reagan said.
Nathan Eovaldi made a reasonable start against MIL, the one XBH he allowed cost him the game.
Only one walk, and 9 GBs. Colour me interested.

He's referring to the song "My Boyfriends Back" 1963
