I think you should add Smyly and drop Blanton.
Floyd has good matchups coming up (SEA and HOU), I'd keep him despite his recent suckiness. Same goes for Paulino, plus he's been too hot to drop :-D . I've never really liked Latos, but he did give up 5HRs in his last start and still get a W-- he could have great run support if the Reds' bats hit like last season. Despite the likelihood Bass won't win tomorrow, I believe he can string together quality starts and finish the same as Smyly. All your other non-Blanton pitchers are way better than Smyly.
Blanton's last 2 starts combined: 0-1, 8.2IP, 19H, 13ER, 6HR. Furthermore, as I wrote this, Blanton gave up 3ER in only 2 innings. Drop him.

It may be a bit late, but I would have said Blanton, too. Smyly has been a bit of a boss and the pace he is on is reasonable.
