Imagine joining a new salary-style dynasty league where you can build your own team from scratch. Imagine this team is a franchise composed of MLB, AAA, AA, and A teams. Imagine if your franchise's salary cap was based on the real-life metro area you picked. You pick the city, its affiliates, the team names, and build the fan base on a winning reputation. Every city's reputation starts the same. Now imagine taking your franchise to the top of its country and competing on the global stage. Imagine taking your Tokyo team to win the Asian Circuit and represent Japan in the World Baseball Classic. Imagine taking your Oklahoma City team to win the American Circuit and represent United States in the World Baseball Classic. <br /><br />This free league is will start scoring mid-season 2012. You can have one team per circuit. You can participate in just one circuit or multiple circuits. Each circuit is essentially its own fantasy league and player universe. Inter-circuit trading and transactions are not allowed.
