Turner gets hurt, Cedeno unavailable, so David Wright now in at SS
There are a few things with the New York Yankees that never change. That's pride, tradition, and most of all, we have the greatest fans in the world. -Derek Jeter, 9/21/08 -- last words from old Yankee Stadium

Lost first place a week ago, because I got tagged by a guy having his best week, and I had a tough week. Played the first place guy last week 5.5 games out, beat him by six after a good game by LaRoche and another good start by Gio. Starting the week off against a basement team, hoping to put some distance between me and the pack. Throwing Wandy out to start the week, hoping the hot hand continues.

Is it time to start taking Reddick seriously? I own him and don't know whether to sell high or hold onto him.
Thanks to

With him playing on the A's, never having had any significant power in the past nor the best numbers in the minors, and not being a hyped prospect, I feel like you couldn't get much for him. At this point, I'm treating him as one of those guys you ride while hot, if he keeps going for the season great, if he doesn't, you can drop him and find someone else.

Anyone watching the White Sox - Rays game? 20 Ks combined and its still the middle of 6th. I guess the ump has a huge strike zone. edit: 23 Ks after 6.
