erickson was a no brainer since they'd lose him if he didn't get a spot.
I agree with AbAdequate that Seo was over his head last year.....he's a soft tossing righty that occasionally has control issues (like say, the entire spring)
Yates is interesting....not saying he's fantasy material, but for a while it looked like he was destined for bullpen work....he was cracking 100 on the gun a year after elbow surgery.....that may still happen, when or if Griffiths or Heilman or Seo light it up in Norfolk
the bottom line, if you think Tom Glavine is scary material for Fantasy.....STAY AWAY FROM SHEA

I definitely agree with you on this one. Seo's not been working very hard but he's definitely got the potential. His change ups are incredibly accurate. He puts them wherever the catcher wants it. I think it'll just take a while for him to manage his self-esteem and to be able to not think so much, but just play with his heart, learn the excitement that baseball gives him. He'll also need to learn to be more modest.
