This is a roto league using two catchers with extra cats of OPS and Total bases

I should also mention this ia a 14 team league with a 9 player bench. So Ike Davis can be benched until he starts hitting again, if he starts hitting again.

I assume Santana is Carlos C - CLE?
If so, yes I'd make this trade as you are getting the best player in the deal in Votto.
