10th out of 12 teams standard yahoo 5x5 h2h please help whir

I feel like I have way too much talent to be so low in the standings...My guys are just underachieving I think

Your lack of an elite first basemen hurts, I'd personally look to ship some of that pitching along with hos or butler to get an upgrade there. I'd look for guys along the lines of Konerko, Teixera, or a Pujols deal if you could swing it. Weaver and Verlander on the same team never hurts, but it probably isn't necessary on a winning team. You need some more balance and then things will look up. Look for smaller name players to fill out the rest of your roster, personally I like Shin Soo Choo because no one likes him and he's good (got him for $3 in my auction, a steal!!!). Not a fan of Joyce as well.

Despite my lack of an elite firstbasemen I still lead the league in hr's and rbi's...and despite all that pitching I am still last in the league in era. So I am not sure that is the problem
