Who would you rather have from this point on for this year in a 12 Team H2H: Tim Lincecum or Jordan Zimmermann?

Track record: Lincecum. But, if I am making a trade for Lince, try to convince the other owner you believe more in Zim and get something extra.
Help with mine:

So if someone offered you Lincy for your J.Zim then you confidently would deal for Lincy there?

Absolutely.
Quote from a respected Cafe member, made yesterday:
"I'll just name the pitchers I wouldn't trade straight up for Lincecum, everybody else I'd pull the trigger:
Halladay, Kershaw, Verlander, Grienke, Lee, Strasburg, Hamels, Weaver, Hernandez, Bumgarner, Sabathia
Maybe Beachy... I think I'd pull the trigger with him if it was a 2 for 1 with that second player being a decent player to have on the bench." -JFG, 5000+posts, cafeholic.
