I'm trying to sell high on Dunn and K. Johnson in order to reduce my Ks as they are both killing me on Ks each and every week. I have Morse coming back in the next week or two to replace Dunn at 1B so I'm looking to try and trade Dunn straight up for someone or possibly package Dunn/K. Johnson for an upgrade at 2B.

Is Dunn for Zimmerman a good trade or should I look to trade Dunn/K. Johnson for an upgrade at 2B?

Kelly Johnson is a solid 2B, don't worry about that. Dunn for Zimmerman I would pull the trigger. Honestly, I dislike both players, but when playing, I trust Zimmerman 100% more than Dunn, so he's worth the gamble. If he plays 100 more games this season, you'll win this deal.

I would absolutely take Zimmerman over Dunn. Zimmerman's problems is usually health related and not production which you can't say about Dunn.

Eh I never like to team stack. Zimm produces yes, but he's been underperforming injuries or not.
He's one studly year maybe another half one and that's about it.

You have Lawrie who will pace with Zimm already at 3b. I would do this only b/c you have Morse and Zimm is a HUGe upgrade over headley.
KJ is a fine 2b.
Look to upgrade at MI next.

There's a risk in both of them, and despite the injuries I would go with Zimmerman over Dunn. Take the deal.
