E. Encarnacion for Peavy and ...?

Have M. Cabrera with 1B/3B and Aviles. SPs are Lilly, Lester, Samardzija, Big Z (just added in time for that wonderful start), Wandy. Start 3 SP and a P spot.

Got offered Peavy and Michael Young for Encarnacion. I am not against trading Encarnacion (trying to sell high), but I am a bit worried Peavy will break down and Young has no value to me. He does have Jed Lowrie who I would rather have than Young.

What say you?

Start 3 SP? How many teams in this league? Your 3 SP are not too great, so I would move E5 if the market is right, but you can do better than Peavy.

I would hold off. If Young has no value for you then why trade for him. Might as well get one solid player and not one good SP and one bat that you don't want.

If this trade has no value for you, do not take it. Wait it out until you get the value that you're looking for. I think that you can get someone better than Peavy, and while I like Young if he is not what you're looking for then there's no value for you here.
