Kinsler/Thayer for Hamels/Aviles WHIR

I've been offered Cole Hamels and Mike Aviles but will give up Ian Kinsler and Dale Thayer. Here is my roster and his roster and the league setup.

It would be nice to get another quality arm in my rotation that will pretty much always give me a QS but I'm not sure if its worth giving up Kinsler for. I already know hes looking for 2B so I don't think he would go for anyone else on my team, maybe Andrus. What does everyone think? Of course will help in return! Thanks in advance!

I personally can't see giving up Kinsler in this deal. I know your pitching roster would be helped but I'm not sold on Aviles' health.

Now as for yours...I think this is a pretty simple pass for you. I'm never a fan of giving up the best player in the trade unless talent back in bunches, and this isn't it. Cole would definitely fill a void in your team, but I think you can get cheaper pitchers that can offer quality starts. I'd like to see you grab guys like James McDonald. Sure he might be higher now then he was earlier in the year, but he'll be cheaper than top 20 pitcher, but I bet he offers top 20 pitcher numbers this year.

Definite pass, but look elsewhere to upgrade SP.

I would take the deal. Aviles will do fine to fill in for Kinsler, and your pitching is brutal. Hamels is a top 5 pitcher, and while Kinsler is quite good, his value is quite similar to Hamels. I would make the deal based on value/need.
