New trade offer WHIR

With the help of people on this board, I rejected a trade giving up Kipnis and made a counteroffer which was rejected. The new offer is in the middle.

I give: Jason Kipnis
I get: Neil Walker and Nick Markakis

While Kipnis currently starts, he would be replaced by Jed Lowrie from my bench, Neil Walker to become the backup.
Markakis replaces Juan Pierre, Daniel Nava, or Kirk Niewenhuis in my starting lineup, and the one of those three that gets replaced takes the spot of Dexter Fowler on my bench (my OF needs help).

New thoughts?

I'd do this deal without hesitation.

I think Kipnis is a top 5 2B, so I would ask for more than Walker and Markakis. Walker really doesn't have any value right now, so it's pretty much Kipnis for Markakis, and I don't think you win in value.

I would try and buy low on a guy like Jennings or Choo. I don't trust the power Markakis has shown so far, and he hasn't been a threat to steal bases for a few years.
