Please help me improve my roster

I am in 14 team H2H non keeper league with the following roster
1B - Laroche, Texiera
2b - Neil Walker
SS - Aviles, Drew (DL)
3b - Sandavol (DL), Matt Carpenter
OF Ethier, Choo, Scott, Harper & Kubel
SP - Halliday, Haren, J.Johnson, Feliz, Capuano, Westbrook, Voglesong, J.Williams
RP - Cassilla, Myers

I know i could use an upgrade at 2nd


I get Sandavol back in a few weeks. and drew shortly after that

What do you think are my strong points and weakness

Please advise on how i can improve my team
