My Team Needs Help

I am in a 12 team H-to-H keeper league, and my team is HORRIBLE! I can't seem to win anything. My team is below.

Can I get some ideas on who I should dangle as trade bait (I have too many SS and 3B) and what I should look for to get my team a little more competitive?

SS: HanRam (3B eligible), Asdrubal Cabrera, Ian Desmond
OF: Werth (DL), Melky, Stanton, Raul Ibanez

Can you trade Montero + someone on offense for an upgrade? Perhaps a trade partner with a terrible catcher? Then you can pick up some hot pitcher from the FA pool.

Who would I use for Catcher then?

i would try to trade montero and hanley or Desmond for an upgrade at C...depends on who needs a 3rd baseman or SS. or do the same to get a 1st baseman, but your team looks solid to me besides those 2 holes, catcher and 1st base, and hosmer should come around
