I'm fast approaching the notion that he can fix it on the Waiver Wire and not in my lineup. Rarely do I get overexcited about prospects, but I let myself fall into Moore. Pissed at myself for it. Memorial Day is usually the first time I really analyze underperformers, and Moore is real close to being let go, especially if I see somebody worth taking a shot on.

Already did that myself in my money league. Really got caught up in the postseason hype...
It's not just the postseason hype. The guy was unreal in the minors , He K'd 700 in under 500 Innings.. that's insane. With a 2.6 ERA to boot.

With the way they've each pitched of late, I'm almost ready to give Matusz a look over Moore. Moore hasn't looked like the guy we saw in the post season, or the dominant beast in the minors, not a single time this season. Zero times.
I guess Zimmerman is more than just a day off to rest.
Ryan Zimmerman didn't start Tuesday due to recurring soreness in his right shoulder. Zimmerman missed a couple weeks of action in late April and early May due to soreness in the AC joint in his right shoulder, and it sounds like it's an issue again. The good news is that Nationals manager Davey Johnson had to force him to sit out Tuesday, and Zimmerman is expected to return to the lineup Wednesday. But, it's a concern moving forward if he can't shake the shoulder woes. Zimmerman is batting just .273 with one homer over 55 at-bats since returning from the DL.

I'd just like to see him get a real hit and stop being average at best.
I really need him to start heating up. It seems he's been a little bit better as of late, but I hope he really picks it up and starts raking. I need that power!
