Not a bad offer but I would not do it for Kemp, but not a lowball offer either that you should be ashamed of at all. Some guys do not understand the art of the trade negotiation. You send an offer that may not be the best you can do and see what he counters, then you counter back till you get somewhere, if ya dont its fine at least you tried. What frustrates me is it seems a lot of owners are too lazy to put the trades together themselves so they hope somone one will give them the world when they say a player is on the block. Any good trade needs a starting point and it sounds like this guy needs to learn how to counter. just my opinion
