Please Fix my team

New to this board, but since the place i usually chat sports doesn't have a big fantasy baseball following i neeed to look elsewhere.
My team is 28-27-5 currently and mediocre at best, please help my fix my team, once i become familiar with this site, i'll try to add input to others as well.

C: AJ Ellis 1B: Howie Kendrick, Chris Davis, Youk (DL), 2B: Brandon Philips, SS: Rafael Furcal, 3B Hanley OF: Hamilton, Cargo, Pence, Austin Jackson, Harper, Desmond Jennings (DL), Crawford (DL) P: Beachy, Beckett, Josh Johnson, Wainwright, Billingsly (probably dropping if he shits the bed again tomorrow), Volquez, Humber, Estrada (Dropping Estrada Sunday night) RP: Bentancourt, Crapps, Dolis.

Well, to start off, A.J. Ellis is a much better real life catcher than fantasy catcher, so look around for a better one, unless walks and OBP is counted in your league- I don't think his average will stay that high. Once Youk comes back, you'll have more flexibility to drop Chris Davis, who I'm not a huge fan of, and you can probably be safe dropping Crawford as well. Your outfield is very solid, don't change anything. I'm not so sure about your pitching. Beachy is fine, Beckett's solid, Josh Johnson seems to be coming back, and Wainwright should return to his old self, but your other four should not be on a mixed league roster. Your relievers are okay at best, don't expect many saves since they all play for subpar teams. But other than that, your team is pretty solid and should probably improve considering you've had some slow starters.
