I know they're the Top 2 Closers, however; I have a huge lead in saves at the moment.

Additionally I have: League, Broxton, Janssen, Thayer, and Street (DL).

I usually draft a ton of mediocre closers knowing some will suck and more will be available as the year goes on. 1st round bats don't come around as often though...

You do this deal in a heartbeat. No question. Neither JJ or Perez are going to be this good going forward and Votto is a top 10 player. I would trade Kimbrel and JJ for Votto.

Yeah, this one is not close. Think about it in terms of draft day value...

Even the top closer is usually only worth about 12 or so dollars on draft day...

Joey Votto is worth 30+ dollars on draft day...

Votto is worth trading the top 3 closers in the league, no doubt
