I am looking to make a change on my prospect roster. I think I can safely cut Cuthbert for one of the following. Any preferences? (It's a fairly shallow league, so ceiling is more important than floor):
Javier Baez
Alen Hanson
George Springer
Thanks for any help

If you are looking at ceiling (which I agree with you on) then I rank them:
1. Baez - a slim shot to stay at SS but could be a .300 hitter with 20 plus home runs annually at 3B or RF or possibly 2B.
2. Springer - I compare him a bit to a Chris Young type OF in that he should hit a solid amount of home runs (20-30) and steal bases (15-30) while not making as much contact as you want to see (think a .250ish hitter).
3. Hanson - he has burst onto the radar this year, but many scouts aren't sure he stays at SS and may move to 2B. He has solid speed (15-30 steals) but the power (10-15 home runs) is mediocre for a middle infielder.
