Who to Cut - Delmon Young, Luke Scott, or Addison Reed ?

Postby Moss84 » Fri May 18, 2012 10:49 am

I'm looking to add a SP. Should I cut Luke Scott, Delmon Young, or Addison Reed ?

12 Team Mixed H2H Keeper League. Hitter 5x5 scoring.

Start 1 at each IF, 3 OF, 5 SP, 1 RP each week.

My Closers are Hanrahan and Reed - start 1 each week.

My Outfield: - start 3 each week

I think it's down to Scott or Young in a keeper league. Hard to decide, but I'd cut Young b/c I think Scott has more pop in him.

Bye bye smellmon. Scott is good for a few hot streaks. He could get you 25-30 homers and 85-90 RBI in a full season not bad for a #4 or 5 OF.

In agreement with everyone else. Even if Luke Scott goes cold for the rest of the year, I don't care--it's more of a drop in principle.

Reed on the other hand, is going to get his stuff together I think. I'm expecting 25 saves, with a WHIP under 1.00 from here on out.
(In reference to an Aaron Hill for David Price swap)
