on the only hit Verlander gave up in the 9th, it didn't look like the SS tried his hardest to make a play. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oU8ne_lhIA slow motion at around 4:00 minute mark. your pitcher is going for a no hitter in the 9th, I would think the SS should be diving. the ball looked catchable.

Been watching Morales a bit more closely lately trying to decide weather or not to cut him. It looks to me like he can't generate any power and his swing is slower than it should be because when he comes down on his front leg it hurts him.
Trout on the other hand looks like he's already a stud.
