I benched him tonight, starting Scutaro at Util instead It's good to see him pinch hit because that usually means he won't hit the DL. But then again, Desmond Jennings. The Cardinals are really hurting with injuries so on one hand they need the bodies, but on the other, do they want to be without him for an even longer period of time by pushing him too hard?

umpire Bob Davidson was suspended by MLB for 1 game. he had an argument with Phillies manager Charlie Manuel the other night.
I'm glad to see this. more umpires need to be accountable.
