In a redraft I definitely wouldn't do it, and I probably wouldn't do it in a keeper, either. I'm a big believer in Freeman, but I'm not sure he rises to Votto's level even with a few more seasons under his belt. I think it comes down to how much you believe in the Stratsburg hype: if you're convinced, it might be worth a gamble in a keeper league.
