Need advice on trade proposed to me

I was offered Denard Span (OF) and Henderson Alvarez (SP) for Adrian Beltrae (3B)

I don't think I really need Alvarez as he pitches the same day as Tim Hudson, but I might be able to trade him for someone else down the road. Span is what it is.

My team right now looks like:

C: Jaso
1B: M Cabrera
2B: Infante
3B: Wright
SS: Escobar, Tejada
OF: Rios, Sweeney, Saunders
DH: Scott
Util : Helton
Bench: Beltrae

SP: Hudson, Shields, Zimmerman, Morrow, Vargas Norris and a few others

This is a 16 team league.

That is an insane lowball offer. I wouldn't touch that deal with a 10 foot pole.
