i need steals pretty bad(in last) and could use runs too

I don't think it enough. Really depends on each individual owner. I don't think Harper is going to have all that much value for the rest of the year and with no keepers, why trade for him? Especially giving up a guy who is stealing bases like he is. Maybe worth a shot but I am betting it isn't enough.
