Team A : trades away: Pujolis, Kipnis, Morse (DL util June)
Team B : trades away LaHair, Ackley, Harper

Or

Team A : trades away: J. Upton, Dee Gordan, Hammel
Team B : trades away Harper, Zocart, Billingsley

Both trades are made with players paying the same positions!!

I'm not sure what you mean by more "doable"?

Are you asking who is getting the better end of each trade?

Both deals, team is overpaying for Harper. As to whether they will be accepted would depend on what kind of league/how many keepers. In a Dynasty, the Pujols deal is an over-pay but I could see the team with Harper not dealing him for that. One has his whole career in front of him and the other is a declining star. In a keeper, it could be the same answer but it really depends on who many keepers, for how many years and what that teams keepers currently look like.

As for dealing Upton, I am not sure there is a good reason to do it no matter what. Upton is already a star so why trade him for a guy that will still have bumps in the road over the next couple years.
