Made 3 trades in the past 2 weeks howd i do? WHIR

I am in a 14 team deep mixed keeper league(keep 4 2nd year of the league)
it is a 5x5 h2h AVG, HR, RBI, R, SB/W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP.

i just made 3 trades
1. got kimbrel and a 12th round pick for Lynn and a 9th round pick
2. got K.Jansen for Nova
3. got Putz for Mcdonald

Mcdonald and lynn where both WW adds for me.

All three are great deals

1. Lynn is bound to falter at some point or at least go Ogando on us late in the year
2. Love this one ... Nova is a bit of a Chien Ming Wang
3. Putz gaining MPH recently on his fastball so a nice sell high here for you to get him

Typically I don't care too much about chasing closers since so many opportunities come up throughout the year and they really mostly contribute to 1 maybe 3 categories. That said, I do like the moves you made because I feel that Nova and McDonald are replaceable. You have a sweet closing staff and you didn't have to give up any bats in the process, so all in all, I think you made 3 very good moves. Thanks for the help on mine.

I like the 1st 2 the 3rd one isnt really a big deal I just dont know if Putz holds the job all year. But you just traded a waiver wire add for him so its not like you lost anything

1. Being someone who is looking to cash in on Lynn, I think it's a good deal especially considering what your closer situation was before these moves. If you start multiple RP's in this league it's great, I just normally value SP > RP

2. Nova is not gonna repeat what he did last year, maybe Jansen gets some more love even after Santos comes back, worth the gamble

Oh I actually thought to myself that there is no way it was the LAD closer, was thinking of the interim close in TOR Jannsen. That manager is a sucker. Goo yob

1. You got a great closer for a guy who probably will die down soon
2. Nova and his 5+ era may get better, but jansen should get plenty of saves and k's
3. 8+ era but should improve and get many opportunities

I love all three deals. You just set up your RP slots for the rest of the season IMO. No way Lynn keeps it up. Nova's a mediocre pitcher on a great team. Jansen looks awesome. Putz, when on, is an elite level closer, and you got him for a "decent" starter. All three are terrific.
