Do it. You have enough pitching depth to take the hit, and Heyward is a huge improvement over Craig.
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!

Will he keep pitching like he is? Could I get better for Beachy?

Bass, Smyly, Beckett, Minor are all FA's at the moment as well...serviceable replacements?

Keep in mind I added McDonald while Worley is on the DL.

He might be able to keep it up. Even if he does you're getting good value in Heyward. No I don't think you could do any better. Bass is a solid guy to start in petco. I'd drop Reddick for Beckett and use the Worley DL spot to stream pitchers.

Agree with this guy, however I would hesitate on dropping Reddick right now.

i do it.
i watch every single games of the braves so i can give you some good insight on this trade.

as good as beachy is and will be i think you have to do this trade no matter what!

watching heyward you are really seeing one of the most dynamic players in the game growing be4 your eyes.

he is great on the base paths, he has power, get rip the ball through holes and is a very good clutch hitter!

if he can get the deep ball going i dont see 30/30 season being out of the question.
