If you are going to keep Pujols on your bench otherwise, go ahead and make the trade. However, I do not care how much Pujols is struggling; he needs to start.

Full Disclosure: I am a lifetime Rangers fan. That being said, I try to stay impartial and objective when it comes to fantasy baseball. I would definitely make that trade to get Hamilton. Of course he has injury concerns, but any player in baseball can get hurt. Yes, has been more injury prone than others during his career, but here is the difference...when healthy, Josh Hamilton is the most talented player in baseball (Kemp is close but hurt now). He plays in the best lineup in baseball so he is protected by other batters in his lineup, and he is in a contract year (probably his only one ever). He is super motivated and I think he will be the AL MVP this season. There's no way he continues on this torrid pace but I think his finishing with a line of .330, 45 HR, and 130 RBI's is very realistic this season. Pujols has to improve but I don't think he will reach his career averages this year. Heyward is good as well, but still young and inconsistent. If you can get Josh, in my opinion, GET HIM! I hope this helps.
