Start Westbrook?

I'm in a 10-team redraft head to head league w/ standard scoring format. Would you start Jake Westbrook, pitching against the Cubs & Dodgers, over any of the following this week?

Kennedy (LAD & KC)
Billingsly (Ari & Stl)
Bumgardner (Stl)
Zimmerman (PIT)
Halladay (CHC)

I would honestly start Halladay. I realize the 2 starts are impressive, but benching Halladay could be disastrous, especially against a lowly Cubs team.

Yes Westbrook does get the Cubs too, but Halladay can have three times as many Ks as Jake does in 2 games.
