Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

Is his innings cap real and will the Nats stick with it if they are still in contention come September? I'm thinking about shopping him around and seeing what I can get for him. Do you think I could pull a Justin Upton or possibly even a Pujols for him? Maybe even a Jose Reyes or Strasburg/Adam Jones for Ryan Braun? Is any of this realistic or am I overvaluing him here? I'm just curious because I don't want to be stuck with a beast in Septmeber that I can't use when I can have a beast that I can use.

keeper league?
there will always be someone in a league that loves strasburg i feel. right now i dont think you could sell him any higher so i dont so why not.
with upton and pujols struggling i think you could pull this off.
i dont like trading him for reyes and i dont like trading him and A.jones for braun(think your under valueing jones here).

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the cap is real, but if the Nats are in contention they plan on skipping some starts in the second half so he is available at the end of the year.

I would trade Strasburg in a redraft league if you can get at least a pitcher of equal value that is more proven. Since Strasburg will definitely be on an innings limit he will not have any value in the fantasy playoffs.
help with mine please:

I've decided to go hard for Tulo. I offered Strasburg and JJ Hardy for Tulo. I don't expect that to get it done, but its worth a shot. Guy with Tulo is in last place and fading quick.
Here's my lineup and his lineup, tell me if you see something better in case he counter.
My lineup:
C Brian McCann
1B Joey Votto
2B Ian Kinsler
3B Will Middlebrooks
SS JJ Hardy
OF Adam Jones
OF Hunter Pence
OF Nelson Cruz
Util Carlos Pena
BN Dee Gordon
BN Drew Stubbs
BN Chris Johnson
BN Rickie Weeks
DL Evan Longoria
SP Brandon Morrow
SP Stephen Strasburg
SP Jordan Zimmermann
SP Johnny Cueto
SP Mat Latos
SP Ricky Romero
SP Jarrod Parker
SP Jeff Nieman
RP John Axford
RP Jason Motte
RP Kenley Jansen
RP Santiago Casilla
DL Corey Luebke
His team:
C Joe Mayer
1B Adam Dunn
2B Omar Infante
3B Emilio Bonifacio
SS Tulowitzki
Of Matt Holliday
Of BJ Upton
Of McCutcheon
Util Luke Scott
BN Mark Teixeira
BN Robert Andino
BN Martin Prado
DL Kevin Youkilis
SP Jon Lester
SP Jason Hammel
SP Ivan Nova
SP Ryan Vogelsong
SP Yovani Gallardo
SP Tommy Milone
SP Adam wainwright
SP Lance Lynn
SP Joe Saunders
RP Jim Johnson
RP Jose Valverde
RP Matt Capps
RP Josh Lindblom
I traded this guy Youk and Lester for Kinsler a couple weeks back too.
As I was writing out the lineups I was also considering McCann and Strasburg for Tulo and Mauer. Not sure if that is good or not, but it seems pretty fair.
