If I do this I can use Young as my 2b Moustakas at 3rd and slide either Cargo or Braun into the OF. Would this be enough for me to get Braun or Cargo?

your pitching is going to take a big hit losing lee as he really is your only reliable starter. i would def choose braun over cargo.

It might be enough to get Braun or Cargo, but as joeyg said your pitching is going to take a huge hit losing Lee. I would take Braun first, but I'm not sure it's the best idea for your team. If you like the trade go for it, but be prepared to be searching for another elite SP later in the season.

I like the idea of getting Braun, since he is one of the best offensive fantasy producers in the game. But your pitching will take a big hit. Can you list some SP'ers you have on the FA/WW? B/c if there are some decent SP options out there then you can prob afford to make this trade.

I would do it, but maybe see if you can get a Lincecum, Haren, Gallardo, Lester type of guy that you can get instead of Perez. A top tier pitcher that is currently struggling but likely to turn it around. If you can get someone like that from him I would do it.

Thanks for the help with mine. I agree that you should get Braun if given a choice. That being said I would be more comfortable with another good SP instead of Perez or if there is a decent replacement on the WW. Otherwise it really comes down to how much you trust your current staff. I think the trade value isn't terrible in a vacuum, but your starting pitching will be a bit thin without Lee.

Agree with this logic. You don't want to be down a big arm without some sort of replacement.
I'd try for Braun if u can but both are great.

I go Braun and if you can get Smyly instead do that, like everyone else your pitching does take a hit, but maybe grab Diamond, he might be a gem in the rough, no pun intended, maybe you could grab a pitcher or two off FA to counter losing Lee and then you have Braun, See if you can get a little more though, if this guy really wants Lee then he will pay, because it would be worth it to him, dependent on how he values pitchers over hitters in your league, good luck
