Very first time playing Fantasy Baseball, my team

That's what I ended up with. It's only a four player team this year (we're doing 10 next year, it's just a small thing with friends). I know next to nothing about fantasy baseball, but have been a baseball fan (red sox fan specifically) my entire life. We're doing Head 2 head (though are considering if this was the right choice. Should we have done roto as beginners?)

One trade I can make (my wife just offered it to me) is Matt Kemp for Youk + Carlos Gonzalez. She's also a big boston fan and wants youk for that reason. He will be off the DL soon though. Should I take that offer?
