Overloaded at bats but I'm relatively weak at pitching. I took a roll of the dice on Wainwright and Moore and they've been sucking it up. Moore may not even stay in the big leagues. As a result, I really need some pitching help. There's an offer on the table from a guy that needs a catcher of:

I give: Freddie Freeman, Jesus Montero
I get: David Price

I do feel I'm overpaying, but I also feel like I have the assets to do it. Would you take this trade?

I think it's a decent deal. You have Posey, so J Montero isn't really needed on your team. Price is a workhorse and this would make your ratation very strong. BTW, I think Wainwright, Minor and Moore will all turn it around.

completely agree. and good luck continuing to vulture those saves while they're available. i'd make that priority #2, since they're worth as much as wins. stabilize your pen to avoid the lost points for blown saves and role instability.

Any thoughts on mine? ---> viewtopic.php?t=446868

Personally I don't think it is enough to get Price. He has been really good so far this year and I think owner is going to want top dollar for him. If you can do it then it is a great deal for you.
