WHIR Tulo Kershaw J-Up McCutchen

Postby kirch5 » Mon May 14, 2012 12:29 am

My Kershaw, J-Up and Alexei for his Tulo, McCutchen and Carlos Lee

What do you guys think of this deal?

12 team money 6x6 Roto (5x5 plus OPS for hitters and QS for pitchers)

Lee and Alexei mean nothing in this deal to me.

My current roster
c- J. Montero
1B Konerko
2B Kinsler
3B Miggy
SS Alexei
OF J-Up, Trout, Maybin
Util A-Rod, Lawrie
Bench Quentin, Avila, Dirks
DL M. Reynolds

SP Wainwright, Wandy, Gallardo, Kershaw, Hamels, Smyly
RP Betancourt, League, Soriano, Janssen

I think I want to make this deal and then try to trade Konerko/Lawrie/A-Rod for a decent SP

What are your thoughts.

Of course I will give as much help as possible in return.

THANKS!

Not a fan of it. Kershaw is a major loss to you.

I'd rather have the players you already have. I wouldn't do the trade.

Wow. Love Tulo/Cutch but you are giving up a little too much here, can't afford the loss of Kershaw to your staff. If your pitchers were either one or two deeper OR your normal studs (gallardo etc) were pitching their level then you could risk this move, but they aren't so you pass.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
