Commishing a dynasty league with MiLB on yahoo HELP pls

This is my first year commishing a league like this. We have separate MiLB rosters but are running into a problem. Sometimes, while MiLB players that are under contract to TEAM A are picked up by TEAM B off the WW. League rules allow a manager to keep MiLB players on the MiLB roster until they reach 130 PAs or 50 IP, so once a player shows up on yahoo, the potential for accidental pick ups is there. So far all have been caught on time and fixed, but is there a way for me, as commish, to make PLAYER X unavailable for pick up?

You can make it so all add/drops have to go through you first, instead of everybody doing it on their own automatically. Obviously, it's more work so there's the trade-off.

You can have a rule that says "All Minor League pickups must be made through the Commish". This will allow you to check things before someone gets the wrong player. It will also eliminate the workload of you doing all pickups.

I comish a league like this on Yahoo. Honestly, the best way I've found is to keep an updated comish note with everyone's minor league roster, or if that's too cumbersome, a list of owned minor league players that are available in the database. Yes, mistakes get made occasionally, but if you check the league every day (and you should as the comish) you'll catch them.
