Guys you should add immediately without hesitating AT ALL: Scherzer and Fister. The fact that they're both available in a 12 team league is just absurd.

Guys you could drop without losing much: Dirks, Lowrie. Maybin should start over Dirks, and Trout can be a good enough contributor to be a bench/utl guy in a 12 team league.

You need to add Scherzer and Fister as soon as you humanly can. GO. STOP WAITING. ADD THEM.
