I'm thinking about dropping Matt Latos for either Chris Capuano, Derek Holland, Bud Norris, Jason Vargas, or Jake Westbrook
Thoughts?

Holland or Westbrook. Both will get you solid numbers in wins, and hopefully keep the ERA respectable. Slight advantage to Holland because he'll get you more K's. Although, Westbrook was a #1 in Cleveland a few years ago... But Holland will be a solid #2/3 in Texas for years to come. Bud Norris is okay, but not as good as he's been pitching lately.
Any advice on my trade situation? --->

Thanks to both of you. I'm leaning towards Holland, but Capuano being 5-0 with 39K's seems pretty good!

agreed, but think long-term. if you think cap will sustain until september, go for it. i'd say the safer money is on holland. younger and on a better team.
