Encarnacion or Bautista?

I have Edwin Encarnacion and was offered to trade him for Jose Bautista, who's predicted to be a better player but is off to a rough start. I'm not particularly motivated to drop Encarnacion since he's doing so well, but am wondering if it would be a good gamble. What would you do? Thanks for any advice!

I'm in a 14 team mixed league, h2h in each category (R, HR, RBI, SB, avg; H, ER, K, ERA, WHIP). Here's my roster:

Great trade. Even with Edwins hot start and Bautistas slow one Bautista should put up significantly better end of year numbers. THIS is the perfect example of buy low and sell high. Congrats.

Accept accept accept. Edwin has had a much better start but, Bautista has much more potential and when he finds his stroke his production will be better than encarnacion's. Also, his numbers aren't terrible just his avg.
