Etiquette Question - Benching all hitters?

I guess this is the best place for this question.

In a 6x6 H2H league my hitters have a huge advantage in all categories except for SB. I'm debating benching all of my hitters for the remainder of the week to eliminate any harm of losing my edge in AVG and OPS.

In terms of etiquette, is that an okay strategy?

as long as it's not against the rules, you do whatever you can do to give yourself an edge. i've got no problem with it.

Absolutely. If you have a rule prohibiting it, that's one thing - otherwise it's all good. Not even bad form at all IMO.

It's kind of a weasely way to win, but I've done it before and had it done to me. As others have said, as long as there is no existing rule preventing it, it's fair game.

Allthough I dont agree with it, if its not against the rules then your playing the game to win so win how you need to, I just do not like it cause a real team would not do it, but this is fantasy, Do what ya gotta do

Totally common strategy in H2H. Leagues can use an AB/IP minimum if they want to avoid it.
