Still buy low on Pujols?

Heard Buster Olney today on the Fantasy Focus podcast say that he would sell on Pujols, and that he thinks this is a lost year for him. I'm in a 9 team AL only roto auction keeper league (260 salary cap), where the guy who owns Pujols is in last place by a lot. Trade regulations require that you can only trade active players on a 1 for one basis. So, I can't trade my whole team for Pujols. The rules allow you to throw in injured players and minor leaguers however. We have no bench players. My offer was Hosmer at $10, V-Mart at $2, Andrew Bailey at $13, and Danny Hultzen in the minors, for his $48 Pujols. All of the players in my offer are keepable for at least one more year beyond this one. He's taking the weekend to think about it? Do I still make this trade?

youre BASICALLY swapping Hosmer for Pujols which seems like a worthwhile gambit. I know youre thowing in those other bundles to upsell it but really its a hosmer pujols swap


I got offered Pujols for Bautista and Wainwright today in one league and rejected it fast (and Bautista and Wainwright have had their struggles too but..)

Yeah. Like I said, the rules only allow us to swap active players on a one for one basis, making blockbusters hard. I threw in all the extra stuff, that probably won't help me much this year, to acquire Albert. Still don't know if this is the right call...
