Indeed. You have enough speed to get by, and you can always pick up a couple cheap steals. What you'll gain in power from Hamilton far outweighs what you'll "lose" in pitching stats... And even then, you can pick up a rotating string of spot starters to make up for it. Also, I like the "throw in" of guys like Chapman. He could go either way- as a starter, or closer if Marshall gets beat up.
But lets entertain the idea that you'll have the room to keep him active... Conservatively, he may get 4 innings of work for the week, *might* give up a run or so, strike out at LEAST 5, and possibly vulture a win. That's like adding a decent start each week.
The undervalued middle reliever becomes an added bonus.
