How many Keepers? Dynasty league I'm assuming, but maybe start with Harper and Gio or Shields.

Otherwise, I'd move Hart and Gio or Shields

Optimistically, I offered Lance Lynn, Corey Hart and Bryce Harper (his OF is Hamilton, JD Martinez and Kendrys Morales...pretty awful) and we're 1-2 in the standings), but that was understandably rejected.

Though Lynn is currently the #2 Yahoo! pitcher (#6 overall vs Hamilton's #1), I think he wants brand names. I'm happy to roll with Lynn and trade any SP except Gio Gonzalez (and Gavin Floyd is still on our waiver wire...totally want to add), but just want to present a trade that looks valuable.

His team is:

C - Buster Posey
1B - Prince Fielder
2B - Neil Walker
3B - David Freese
SS - Rafael Furcal
CI - Alex Rodriguez
MI - Rickie Weeks
OF - Josh Hamilton
OF - JD Martinez
OF - Kendrys Morales
UTIL - David Ortiz
BN - Ike Davis
BN - Carl Crawford

SP - David Price
SP - Matt Cain
SP -Johnny Cueto
SP - Joe Saunders
RP - Alfredo Aceves
RP - Jason Motte
RP - Javy Guerra

BN - Trevor Cahill
BN - Adam Wainwright
BN - Alexi Ogando

Why would anybody be buying on Hamilton right now? That's not good fantasy business.

You're probably going to have to give up Bruce and Gonzalez to get him.

If i were you I'd see if he bites on HanRam and maybe Zobrist or Upton. His 2B and 3B could use some upgrade, which is probably why hes offering Hamilton. If he doesnt bite you might have to replace Upton with a good pitcher.

I think the only way you get Hamilton is by trading Bruce and one your top pitchers say Gonzalez/Shields/Garza and even then I think it will be difficult to pry Hamilton from him. If that doesnt work maybe try throwing in a swap of Zobrist for N. Walker or R. Weeks since he clearly needs OF and Zobrist is dual eligble at 2B and OF

Hamilton and R. Weeks for Bruce, Garza, and Zobrist is alot to give up but you are buying J. Hamilton at his absolute highest value right now so I'm sure he's going to be looking for a pretty sweet deal. I'd try some smaller offers first but I dont think that trade would be too bad if you end up picking up G. Floyd to replace Garza.

If you trade for Hamilton right now... you better have confidence that he's going to hit 70 HRs this year... because that's the only way you're going to be getting value out of him for what you'll have to give up.
