What to offer for Dan Haren?

Need a lot of help with this one. I really want to add another "ace" type pitcher to my staff, and now seems like the perfect time to buy on a guy like danny haren. 10 team, h2h, 5x5 league. What should I offer the haren owner for dan? Heres my team and his. Non keeper league btw.

Looks like he could use an OF so maybe Heyward. Upton and Cargo is too expensive but Hart and/or Harper is probably not enough.

just spitballing here but if I offered him upton, worley, and altuve or craig for Kinsler and haren would that be a reasonable offer?
